Customer Reviews
Good Value, Mostly
Compared to Fire Mountain Gems, Beads.us offers some really competitive wholesale pricing, especially when you load up your cart and those automatic discounts kick in. I picked up a bunch of cord ends and the quality is solid for the price. My only minor gripe was that tracking my order felt a little less straightforward than it should have been.
Always reliable for findings
I've ordered from Beads.us several times now, mostly for jewelry findings. This last order, for sterling silver components, was just as good as the others. The quality is consistent, and the prices are still hard to beat, especially for bulk. Shipping took about 10 days to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.
Good seed beads
Ordered seed beads. They arrived. Quality is good. Fast shipping, took about 9 days. Will buy again.
Decent, but slow shipping
I ordered some jewelry making kits and various pliers for my small business. The quality of the tools and kit components was good for the price point, especially the crimping pliers, which felt sturdy. However, the shipping was quite slow; it took nearly three weeks for the package to reach Florida, which was a bit frustrating when I had orders to fulfill. Everything was well-packaged, though, and arrived safely. If they could speed up delivery times, it would be a much better experience overall, even if it cost a little more.
Great value on glass beads
As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for the best deal. I got a big lot of glass beads during their seasonal craft sale. The price per strand was excellent, and the automatic tiered discount made it even better without me needing a coupon code. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, almost two weeks to New York, but for the savings, it was definitely worth the wait. The beads themselves are lovely, exactly as pictured on the site. I felt like I got a lot for my money.
Got my gemstone beads
Just received my order of gemstone beads. I grabbed some turquoise and lava stone beads for a project. They look good, colors are vibrant. It took about 12 days to get here to California, which felt a little long but whatever. Packaging was fine, nothing was broken. Overall, it was a smooth experience. I'd probably order again if I need more supplies.

Has anyone actually returned anything to Beads.us? I'm worried about getting a huge order and then some of the beads being kinda off. What's their policy like?
Is Beads.us legit for real? Like, I see some really good prices, almost too good. Are their gemstone beads actually genuine or is it all synthetic stuff?
Hey, thinking of ordering a bunch of stuff from Beads.us for my small business. Just wondering about shipping times to, say, California. Are we talking weeks or more like a month+
Anyone know if you can stack coupons on Beads.us? Got a first order discount and wondering if I can combine it with a sitewide promo or something.
How does Beads.us compare to PandaHall? I usually order from Panda but I'm thinking of trying Beads.us for some specific items. Is the quality similar?
